1. Service description
AZEA Design Studio offers the following services:
- Interior design — for apartments, villas, offices, cafés/restaurants and other facilities
- Exterior design — façade, landscape, garden/park
- Cost estimation — automatic preliminary estimate via the online calculator
- 3D visualisation — included in packages
- Author supervision — as an optional module
2. Estimate and contract
- The estimate calculated on the site is a preliminary offer and is refined after the site survey.
- The real price is confirmed after on-site survey and brief agreement (±15% accuracy).
- The contract is concluded under the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
- Electronic signature has the same legal force as a written signature under the law "On Electronic Signature and Electronic Document".
3. Payment terms
- Payment is staged: Concept (50%) → 3D visualisation (25%) → Working documents (25%) (percentages may vary by number of modules).
- Work on each stage starts after that stage is paid.
- Payment is accepted only via the certified ePoint.az payment processor.
- Card data is not stored at AZEA — only ePoint processes it.
- The receipt/invoice is sent automatically by email.
4. Response times (SLA)
- Client response time for each stage — 7 calendar days. Without a response the stage is auto-approved (7.1–7.2).
- Response to the contractor's written requests — 3 business days (8.1).
- Designer response time — 24 hours during business days.
- 30 days of inaction freezes the project; after 90 days unilateral cancellation is possible (7.4–7.5).
5. Changes and additional work
- A change after concept approval is subject to a +30% surcharge (6.1).
- A material/colour change after the 3D stage — 50 AZN/hour (6.3).
- Substantive change after working documents — re-estimate with an additional contract.
- All changes require written confirmation (email, client cabinet).
6. Refund policy
- Amounts paid after concept delivery are not refundable (10.2).
- If the client cancels before the project starts — 10% retained (administrative cost).
- In case of unjustified delay by the contractor, the paid amount is refunded in full.
- If payment is delayed, the contractor has the right to suspend work (8.2).
7. Intellectual property
- All design materials (3D, drawings, moodboard) remain AZEA property until full payment.
- After full payment, usage rights pass to the client (for their own facility only).
- AZEA reserves the right to use approved projects in portfolio and marketing (anonymously, with the client's consent).
- All site content (text, photo, design) — copyright protected.
8. Client obligations
- Provide accurate and correct data (name, phone, email, address).
- Observe response times.
- Make payments on time.
- Provide access to the site for the designer/contractor survey.
- Consent to processing of personal data under the privacy policy.
9. Liability limitation
- AZEA provides design services — construction and material sales are not included.
- AZEA is not liable for third-party trades during execution (outside the author supervision scope).
- Force majeure (natural disaster, state ban, pandemic-type events) extends deadlines without sanctions.
10. Site usage
- Using the site for illegal purposes is prohibited.
- Interference with the site (DDoS, scraping, brute-force) results in criminal liability.
- AZEA may block any IP/account without prior notice.
11. Dispute resolution
- Initially all disputes are resolved through negotiation.
- Written complaints go to design@azea.az — answered within 30 calendar days.
- If no agreement is reached, disputes are submitted to the competent court of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
- Applicable law — the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
12. Changes
AZEA reserves the right to amend these Terms. Material changes are notified in advance by email. The current version is shown above. By continuing to use the site you accept the updated Terms.
